"Strong Women" is a series of black and white photographs by Alistair Guy, showcasing exceptional women from the worlds of fashion, film and music. Shot on location in London, New York and Los Angeles using traditional black and white film and natural light, the exhibition is an honest celebration of the mental and physical strength of the modern day woman and the inherent vulnerability that comes with the pressures they face.

“Women mentally are terribly strong but they are also fragile. I believe there is an incredible beauty in this dichotomy. The Strong Women project is a celebration of femininity as well as a celebration of each person and their character, their personality.” Alistair Guy

"Strong Women" was exhibited first at the luxurious Hotel Café Royal in London’s Piccadilly, where the large format portrait of Sienna Miller (above) - also shot at Hotel Café Royal - remains as a permanent acquisition. The exhibition was then shown at Grace Belgravia, London’s exclusive women-only private members club.
