Reviving Craft: Reflection of the Mind was a landmark exhibition that explored physical works of art and design as mirrors of the true mind. Featuring more than 70 artists – with works spanning stoneware, ceramics, glass, jewellery, textiles, and furniture – the exhibition traced China's living craft heritage not as a preserved artefact but as an active, evolving conversation between tradition and contemporary design practice. The show, bringing heritage into dialogue with contemporary creativity, will be presented at Somerset House, one of London’s most iconic historic locations and home to some of the city’s most celebrated cultural events. Reviving Craft: Reflection of the Mind was part of the official programme of the London Design Festival 2026.

Reviving Craft is an international cultural movement and exhibition series. The London edition, Reflection of the Mind follows previous iterations in Paris (Five Elements, Musée des Arts Décoratifs, 2024) and Milan (A Narrative of Social Life, Palazzo Serbelloni, 2025). Reviving Craft is curated by Mr. Su Dan, Deputy Director of the China National Arts and Crafts Museum and China Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, and Ms. Yang Lan, journalist, curator, entrepreneur and Chairperson of Sun Media Group.
